The beginning of 2020 marked a step in a new direction for our company. Everything is connected and we have expanded our portfolio to include milling. Our gluten-free mill is equipped with state-of-the-art “cold” milling technology, the so-called raw technology. We grind mainly legume flours for our customers. The list includes more than 20 types of freshly milled flours. Our mill is also unique in that it can grind even very hard raw materials very finely.
